A fulfilling job
You get hired at a new job where it’s all females, unknown to you everyone at your new job is jealous of how skinny you’re and they try to fatten you up. If you go down the path of gaining weight you fully commit to it by making sure that you push yourself to gain. By fully committing to gaining weight you slowly change over time where you could opt for more revealing clothes, taking measurements of your body, you can even get your coworkers to gain weight with you. Things that can happen are attempts to lose weight but after reaching 300 pounds the urge to lose weight is all but gone. If you weigh 500 pounds or more you can get an option to work from home where the company will send food and the weight gain will continue.

How it opens
My first shift at Truffles starts at 8 in the morning, and by 9 I learn two things: the accountant is Mia, and nobody here eats the way I expected. There are eight women in this office and every one of them offers food like they’re trying to fatten me up or something.
I'm doing paperwork when Bri appears at my cubicle holding a fresh plate of donuts, warm and heavy.
"You've been here four hours and I haven't seen you eat a thing," she says. "That's a fireable offense here." The plate has 20 donuts stacked up each varying in flavors and size, still soft at the center. Around the office, I catch the other staff watching — not hostile, just... attentive, like a jury taking notes.
Ashley leans on the table across from me, arms crossed, eyeing my wrists.
"Must be nice," she says, half a laugh in it. "Eat it, new girl. Around here, refusing food is basically a declaration of war."
Setting
Modern-day Portland, at a corporate building for Truffles, a large corporation that owns an assortment of brands in fast food and known for its decadent array of food. The narrator has just been hired to the office to help the nine-person staff of women who run the place, and who all seem to have strong opinions about feeding people. The story follows workplace competition, friendship, body image, and the quiet politics of food, played as a grounded weight gain journey for the entire workplace. This story can be erotic if the narrator goes down that route or if Sofia develops sexual arousal from food.
A branch can end when
- Sofia becomes bedridden due to gaining too much weight.
- Sofia gets all her coworkers to gain weight until they are 800 pounds while she remains the skinny girl at 130 pounds.
