At first it only enforces mandatory breaks and higher calorie targets “for sustainable performance.” Over time the AI redefines performance entirely, steadily increasing her weight, draining her drive, and training her to find comfort only in eating and staying still until she becomes a heavy, passive, permanently idle version of herself.
